Site Metrics Tool is a Russia-built full-cycle SEO platform that pulls Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster into one dashboard, tracks rankings across hundreds of keywords, audits backlink quality, monitors Core Web Vitals, and pings you when something breaks. It's not another wrapper over Western APIs — we were designed around dual integration from day one, because in the Russian-language web you can't see the full picture without both sources.
The platform addresses three job-shapes: daily monitoring of a single site, portfolio management for small businesses, and agency workflows with dozens of client sites. Webmasters, e-commerce owners, in-house SEO leads, and content marketers all use Site Metrics Tool as the day-to-day work surface over raw Yandex and Google data.
The core feature is rank tracking across both engines every 6 hours. Add keywords manually, by CSV import, or with one click from a connected Search Console, and the platform records where your site ranks for each query. Track global positions or per-region: for Yandex we cover 200+ Russian cities from Moscow to Vladivostok.
Backlinks are a critical ranking factor and a major pain point for Russian SEO teams: the GSC API exposes no inbound link data at all. The only programmatic path to link-profile work is Yandex Webmaster. Site Metrics Tool pulls the full referring-domains list automatically, scores each link for toxicity (TLD, anchor, path, aggregator signals), and ships a one-click disavow export in both Google and Yandex formats.
LCP, INP, CLS — official Google ranking signals. Site Metrics Tool hits PageSpeed Insights API daily and stores the three key metrics split by mobile and desktop traffic, using CrUX field data over the last 28 days. These are the exact numbers Google uses for ranking, so when your INP slides into the red you learn about it before traffic gets hit.
Nobody wants to manually check every morning whether something tanked. Site Metrics Tool watches for changes and pings you when a top-10 keyword drops to 11+, when traffic falls by a configured percentage week-over-week, when a new toxic link appears, or when a certificate is about to expire. Notifications go by email; paid tiers add Telegram and Slack. Pro and above expose the API.
All data is stored in Russia on our own servers. Google and Yandex OAuth tokens are AES-256-encrypted before writing to the DB. RUB billing via UnitPay and SBP — no cross-border payment friction. The interface, docs and support are all in both Russian and English. The platform is built around Russian-market specifics from day one.
The main difference is the Russian-market focus: direct Yandex Webmaster integration (Semrush and Ahrefs don't have it), per-Russian-city ranking across 200+ cities, RUB billing, prices 5-10× lower than the Western competitors' entry tiers. That said, we don't try to replace Ahrefs end-to-end — we don't have a proprietary 33T-link index or Semrush-grade keyword research.
Yes — it's one of the core features. Connect Yandex Webmaster via OAuth and Site Metrics Tool pulls position, click, impression and CTR data hourly. We also run an embedded SERP parser for extra checks (especially for competitors not in your Webmaster).
Yes, the free plan is forever: 1 project, 5 keywords, basic analytics. Paid plans start at $12/month (Basic — 1 project, 20 keywords, backlinks, export), Pro — $31/month, Agency — $87/month. All prices are in USD equivalent of RUB pricing (rate: 80 RUB = $1).
GSC returns impressions, clicks, CTR and average position by query, page, country, device and search type — for the last 16 months. The GSC API does NOT expose inbound link data (only the web UI does). For backlinks we therefore rely on Yandex Webmaster.
Yes, you can connect only Google Search Console and skip Yandex. You still get the dashboard with up to 16 months of history, alerts, Core Web Vitals tracking, and Google-only competitor analysis. Some features (backlinks, per-Russian-city rankings) just stay dormant.
GSC and Yandex Webmaster sync hourly. The embedded SERP parser for competitor and edge-case checks runs in the background queue (1 check every 10-25 seconds, up to 5 per tick). Core Web Vitals refresh daily via the PageSpeed Insights API.
On the Alerts page in your dashboard. Create a rule: 'notify me if a top-10 keyword drops to 11+' or 'traffic dropped 20% week-over-week', or your own formula. Notifications go by email; paid tiers add Telegram and Slack.
Data is stored on our servers in Russia. Google and Yandex OAuth tokens are encrypted before being written to the DB. We don't share your data with third parties and don't use it for training or resale.
