Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding public offer agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Spiridonov Dmitry Vadimovich, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (OGRNIP 324762700012347, INN 760806658219), referred to herein as "Service Provider", governing your use of the Site Metrics Tool platform ("Platform") at sitemetricstool.com.

By registering an account or completing a payment, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Site Metrics Tool is a SaaS platform providing SEO monitoring and analytics services, including keyword rank tracking across Google and Yandex, technical site audits, backlink analysis, Core Web Vitals monitoring, and related features as described on the Platform.

All analytics and data provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific search ranking improvements or commercial outcomes as a result of using the Platform.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Platform is offered on the following subscription tiers:

All prices are in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change pricing with at least 10 days' notice delivered to your registered email address.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 3 (three) calendar days of the subscription payment date by submitting a written request to support@sitemetricstool.com, including your account email address and payment date.

Refunds are not available after the 3-day window has passed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; conduct DDoS attacks or automated scraping against the Platform; share your account credentials with third parties; or use the Platform for any illegal or harmful purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The Service Provider's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations and, if unsuccessful, by the competent court at the Service Provider's place of business.
