This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Agency) to Site Metrics Tool, operated by Spiridonov Dmitry Vadimovich (Individual Entrepreneur, OGRNIP 324762700012347, INN 760806658219). It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your request within 3 (three) calendar days of the subscription payment date.
After 3 calendar days have passed since payment, refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@sitemetricstool.com within 3 calendar days of payment. Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the payment
- The subscription plan purchased
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but appreciated)
4. Processing Time
We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once a refund is confirmed, your access to the paid features of the subscription will be revoked.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 3 calendar days have passed since the payment date.
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- A refund for the same payment period has already been processed.
- The Free plan — no payment is made, so no refund applies.
